  • Your gift directly supports exhibitions, artist studios, and creative programming in downtown Lynchburg. Every dollar stays local and helps keep our galleries free and open to all.

  • Yes. Riverviews Artspace is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your donation is tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. You'll receive a receipt for your records.ription text goes here

  • Yes. Include the honoree's name during checkout. If you'd like us to notify someone of your gift, email tracey@riverviews.org. All honor and memorial gifts are recognized in our annual report.

  • We accept select in-kind donations that support our programming and operations. Please contact us to discuss what you have in mind.

  • Yes! We welcome volunteers for events, First Fridays, and special projects. Email us at gallery@riverviews.org to learn about current opportunities.

  • Yes. If you're 70½ or older, you can make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) directly from your IRA to Riverviews—up to $105,000 per year. It counts toward your required minimum distribution and isn't counted as taxable income. Contact your IRA administrator to initiate a gift.

  • Yes. Donating appreciated stock, mutual funds, or other assets may allow you to avoid capital gains taxes while receiving a charitable deduction for the full market value. Contact us to coordinate a transfer.

  • Yes—and thank you for considering it. A gift in your will or trust helps secure the future of contemporary art in Lynchburg. You can designate a specific amount, a percentage, or name Riverviews as a beneficiary of a retirement account or life insurance policy. We recommend consulting your attorney or financial advisor.
